Exercise Can May You Smarter

I've just read the report from HealthFinder.gov that exercise may lead to a smarter, more successful you. Well, I for one, believe it (even if there were no scientific evidence to prove this). And the reason is simple: when I'm moving my body, I feel more alive. When I feel more alive, I think about the world around me and its potential. When I run with my buddies at 4:45 a.m., we are always coming up with interesting and new ideas. This is the time of day when our minds are the freshest. Nothing beats that freshly slept feeling you get after a good eight hours (or six hours of power-sleeping). So, get out there and hit the pavement with a good run, bike ride or even some heavy walking. It will do your body and mind good.
